If you choose to have your order delivered to a place of work, business address, or multiple occupation residency, please think about who might be there to receive it. We can not be held responsible if a colleague, receptionist, security guard, flatmate or similar accepts the order and doesn’t pass it along to you. We consider the order delivered when anyone at the address you nominate for delivery accepts the package and will not accept claims for non-delivery in these circumstances.

 

Dispatch Times

Our cutoff time for same day dispatch is 3pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 3pm on a weekday and orders placed on a weekend will be dispatched on the next working day.

We only miss our target of same day dispatch during periods of exceptionally high demand, or if a delivery company lets us down. This happens very, very rarely.

 

Free UK Delivery

Orders over £10 to UK mainland addresses are delivered for free as standard.

Free deliveries are usually sent via Royal Mail, although we may also upgrade some orders to courier delivery for free, depending on the size, weight and value of the order.

 

UPS Delivery

If you choose this option from the shipping options at checkout you will be emailed a tracking number by UPS to the email address you give us at the checkout. You can use this number to check the progress of your order on the UPS website. The majority of UPS parcels are delivered next working day.

The cost of a UPS upgrade will be calculated at checkout and varies depending upon the size of your order and your delivery location.

 

DPD Next Working Day Guaranteed

If you choose this option from the shipping options at checkout you will be emailed a tracking number by DPD to the email address you give us at the checkout. You can use this number to check the progress of your order on the DPD website, which gives very specific information on the timing of your delivery. You can also rearrange your delivery day and time, have the parcel left in a safe place, or have it delivered to a range of pickup points, such as Halfords, Matalan or Rowlands Pharmacies.

If you give us your mobile phone number at checkout, DPD will also text you delivery updates.

We charge £3.95 for an upgrade to next working day delivery on orders over £10 and £4.95 on orders below £10.

 

DPD Saturday Delivery Guaranteed

Orders for Saturday delivery must be ordered by 3pm on Friday.

You can use this number to check the progress of your order on the DPD website, which gives very specific information on the timing of your delivery. DPD Sunday Delivery Guaranteed

Non-Mainland UK Orders

Some services, such as Sunday delivery, may not be available to the highlands and islands. Some services may be more expensive. Available services and their prices will be shown at checkout.

 

Delivery to PO Boxes/Mail Forwarders

We will not dispatch orders to PO boxes or third party services such as mail handlers and forwarders. This is because we cannot get sufficient proof of postage. Such orders will be refunded.

 

Late/Missing Royal Mail Orders

Royal Mail, can take longer than the expected delivery times occasionally.

Very rarely a parcel can be lost in the post. When this does happen we have to follow Royal Mail’s claim procedures.

A claim against Royal Mail for lost items can’t be started for 15 working days, but we start our own investigations after 10 working days. So please give it a little time and let us know if your order hasn’t arrived within these timescales.

 

Late/Missing UPS or DPD Orders

Please email us at sales@flavourexpress.com with your tracking number if your order hasn’t arrived within 2 or 3 working days.

 

I Don’t Like This Liquid, I Want to Return it

Missing/Incorrect Items

If you have an item missing or the wrong item has been supplied please email us at sales@flavourexpress.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please do not open any sealed packets of bottles without checking them, or use any items. We can’t accept incorrect item claims for products that have been opened or used.
