Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 4pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched that same day. Orders placed after 4pm will be dispatched the next working day. None of our couriers collect from us on Saturday or Sunday, so any order placed after 4pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Delivery Methods
At the checkout we will offer you the best value delivery methods available from our shipping partners Royal Mail and UPS. The options displayed will depend upon your location and the size and weight of your order. Select your country/region from the menu below to see full details.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all UK orders over £15. When you qualify for our free shipping option, we will choose the best value courier for your order.
Delivery to Work/Business Addresses
If you choose to have your order delivered to a business address, we can not be held responsible if a colleague signs for the order and doesn’t pass it along to you. We consider the order delivered when anyone at the address you nominate for delivery signs for it and will not accept claims for non-delivery in these circumstances.
Delivery to PO Boxes/Mail Forwarders
We will not dispatch orders to PO boxes or third party services such as mail handlers and forwarders. This is because we cannot get sufficient proof of postage. Such orders will be refunded.

Free UK delivery
Orders over £10 to UK mainland addresses are delivered for free as standard. Free deliveries are usually sent via Royal Mail, although we may also upgrade some orders to courier delivery for free, depending on the size, weight and value of the order.
Standard UK delivery (£2.95)
Orders under £10 are usually delivered by Royal Mail, although we may also upgrade some orders to courier delivery for free, depending on the size and weight of the order.
UPS next working day delivery (£4.98)
You will be emailed a tracking number by UPS to the email address you give us at the checkout, which can be used to check the progress of your order on the UPS website. You can also rearrange your delivery day, have the parcel left in a safe place, or delivered to a range of pickup points. Please be advised that we do not have a pickup on a Saturday, orders made on a weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.
BFPO addresses
We can only send to BFPO addresses via Royal Mail. The total order must weigh under 2kg (roughly 1.8 litres of total liquid). Delivery will cost £2.95 for orders under £10 or are delivered for free over £10.
